By using Fubolero, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You may use Fubolero with a registered account or as a guest user.
• You are responsible for account and session security.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Permitted use

• Fubolero is a social prediction game, not a betting platform.
• No spam, fraud, impersonation, or abusive behavior.
• No unauthorized access attempts to accounts or data.

4. User content

• You keep ownership of your content (pool names, activity, interactions).
• You grant us a limited license to display and process content within the service.
• Objectionable or abusive content is not tolerated.

5. Invites and pools

• The pool creator is the primary administrator.
• Admins may manage participants and permissions through available features.
• Feature availability may vary by plan, capacity, and compliance.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Community Guidelines.

In severe cases, we may remove content and eject users from pools.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions or errors.

Fubolero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and notify users in-app for material changes.
